How are you doing at leading your firm? IBF Meeting 29th March 2012

5.45 – 7.45pm at Ilkley Rugby Club,
Stacks Field, Denton Road, Ilkley LS29 0BZ.
The main speaker will be Gaynor Hammond who will run a session on
“Performance Management, bringing out the best in people.” Gaynor
Hammond is the founder of “Your Coach” and has over 20 years’
experience in leadership development and coaching  successful people in
their careers.

Her 45 minute presentation will be on Performance Management, bringing
out the best in people.  During the presentation she will provide a
performance management strategy for you to take away and use to help
motivate your firm to fulfil its maximum potential.

We will talk about the power of positive reinforcement, how to change
people’s behaviours and understand the differences between a ‘can’t
do’/’won’t do’ attitude.

This will help you to develop and deliver the high performance outcomes
you need.

Our speaker is sourced through the Business School at Leeds University
and is bright and sensible and useful.  You’ll enjoy what she has to
say.

The other speaker will be Paul Birch who will bring us up to date with
the new strings to his Blackband Consultancy bow, hypno-therapy and
psycho-therapy.

There will be updates about the Website, the Shopping Trail, the Summer
Showcase and the coming year.

Please note the new venue – the bar will be open for business.
